The Role:

I’m Jaffrey, the founder of UGOBEL, and I’ve been running the venture solo until now. Over the past year, we’ve achieved solid sales, secured several B2B clients, and formed key community partnerships. It’s time to bring on a true strategic partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, loves building systems, and wants meaningful equity in a venture they’ll help shape.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations (light project management, systems, processes)
• Helping set up and improve supplier communication and negotiations for better deals
• Supporting customer success, fulfilment, and/or backend tasks
• Tax, Bookkeeping and Financial control
• Collaborating weekly on growth and strategic direction
• Being a thought partner, not just a task manager

• Have experience in operations, project management, or startup execution
