Your Tasks

Our research laboratory employs in vitro (2D/3D) cell culture systems and mouse models to investigate the dynamics of stem cell transplantation and leukemia progression . This position is part of a project exploring the role of exosomes in initiating acute graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and their prognostic potential in risk stratification . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting postdoctoral researchers and PhD students, assisting with experiments, optimizing protocols, and troubleshooting experimental procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining meticulous and well-organized laboratory records to ensure data integrity and reproducibility. The role also includes contributing to general lab operations, fostering a collaborative and structured research environment .

Your Profile

• Completed training as an MTA, BTA, biology laboratory technician, or in a related field.
• Experience with immunohistochemistry and fluorescence microscopy is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of molecular techniques and flow cytometry is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in cell culture techniques is required.
• Organized, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong teamwork, social, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good proficiency in English is preferred.
• Interest in mouse experiments is advantageous.
