About the Role

UKG’s purpose is people. As a global leader in workforce management and human capital management solutions, we aim to inspire people and businesses to thrive. To support our growth in the DACH region, we seek a driven and dynamic Net New Account Executive. You will generate new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value opportunities with organizations across the DACH region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to each customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a territory plan targeting new enterprise accounts in the region.
  • Identify potential opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Proactively reach out through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Research customer challenges and align them with UKG’s solutions.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Solution Selling

  • Demonstrate understanding of UKG’s workforce management, HCM, and Payroll solutions.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for exceptional customer experience.

Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain records of sales activities in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or similar, preferably in SaaS, HCM, or workforce management.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the region.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
