Role: Lead Channel Sales Manager, Europe (DACH, France)

Location: Remote within EMEA; occasional travel required

We seek a results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with reseller partners in Western Europe. You will drive sales, increase market penetration, and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regional Channel Strategy: Identify and maintain relationships with key reseller partners to maximize market penetration and align with business objectives.
  2. Support Sales Execution: Engage with partners to drive sales, identify opportunities, and exceed quotas.
  3. Partner Enablement: Collaborate with teams to ensure partners have training, tools, and resources.
  4. Marketing and Demand Generation: Develop joint marketing campaigns to generate leads and demand.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales, track KPIs, and report on performance.
  6. Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
  7. Event Participation: Represent UKG at industry events and conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in channel sales or business development in HR/HCM/Payroll software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partner relationships.
  • Understanding of reseller channel sales model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus.
