This winter, guests can savour modern Japanese cuisine at the seasonal Zuma Pop-Up restaurant, indulge in rejuvenating treatments by world-leading wellness partners in the cutting-edge spa, and embrace immersive experiences - from private ski tours to chef-curated menus - tailored to their discerning tastes. /p h3Mission /h3 pstrongResponsibilities /strong /pullipOversee the technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of one luxury hotel, one private chalet and two staff houses in the Gstaad area. /p /lilipManage and supervise the technical team, including planning, task allocation, training and performance follow-up. /p /lilipImplement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, ensuring the reliability and proper functioning of all technical installations and facilities. /p /lilipEnsure the properties meet applicable Swiss technical, safety, fire prevention and regulatory requirements, including inspections, certifications and maintenance controls. /p /lilipEnsure and regularly verify full compliance of all properties, technical installations and operations with applicable Swiss laws, safety regulations, fire prevention requirements and mandatory standards, including the coordination and follow-up of inspections, certifications, documentation and any required corrective actions. /p /lilipCoordinate repairs, technical interventions, contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, deadlines and cost control. /p /lilipLead and follow up on renovation, refurbishment and technical improvement projects, from planning to completion. /p /lilipAnticipate technical needs and ensure properties are fully operational and ready for owners, guests and VIP arrivals. /p /lilipProvide regular reporting to Management on maintenance, incidents, risks, projects and investment needs. /p /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pstrongProfile /strong /pullipSwiss-recognised technical qualification (CFC or equivalent) in electrical engineering, HVAC, building services, mechanics, plumbing or a related field; additional Swiss technical certifications are a strong advantage. /p /lilipMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar technical management or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitality, hotels, private estates or high-end residential properties. /p /lilipProven experience managing a technical team and coordinating external contractors and suppliers. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, building systems, technical compliance and health safety requirements in Switzerland. /p /lilipProject management experience, particularly in renovation, refurbishment and technical improvement projects. /p /lilipHands-on, proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills. /p /lilipFluent in French and English; German is an advantage. /p /lilipMust be based in Gstaad or willing to relocate. /p /lilipValid driving licence required. /p /li /ul
