Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with a specialization in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

This is a newly created position for a seasoned and result-oriented digital marketer with the ability to work independently in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive web traffic, increase brand awareness, and most importantly drive sales!

Role & Responsibilities

1. Website Management and Optimization: Maintain website content, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with company guidelines. Implement SEO best practices, improve site performance, and enhance the user experience.
2. Search Engine Optimization: Implement SEO strategies, manage keyword research, and analyze performance data to optimize search engine optimization efforts.
3. Search Engine Marketing: Development & execution of SEM campaigns via Google Ads.
4. Web Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports to measure the success of SEO and SEM efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
5. Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media pages and profiles, including Facebook and Instagram.
6. Creative Design: Design on-brand marketing materials such as brochures, programmatic ads, and videos.
7. Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for different mediums such as Google Ads, blog posts, social media posts, Email, SMS, and other social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and community engagement.
8. Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner and fostering a positive and supportive online environment.
9. Digital Marketing Strategies & Management: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Analysis of digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance and track ROI.
10. Market Trends Research: Stay updated about industry trends, competitors, new features on social media platforms, and emerging digital marketing tools & technologies to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
11. Database Management & Other Administrative Duties: As required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Desired qualifications in marketing, advertising, design, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing, social media management, and content creation role.
3. Experience in online advertising & managing Google Ads campaigns.
4. Strong knowledge of and experience with SEO, SEM, and Keyword Research.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
6. Strong technical skills in the following programs highly regarded: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong creative writing skills with the ability to create engaging & persuasive content.
