As a

Senior Manager Corporate Strategy , you will work at the center of DHL Group's corporate strategy agenda.

You will advise senior leadership on market developments, growth opportunities, strategic investments, and transformation priorities, helping shape decisions that influence the future direction of a global organization.

• Your responsibilities
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership by addressing critical business questions and analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across global logistics, e-commerce, supply chains, and international trade.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across DHL Group's global network to address high-impact business challenges.
• Develop market models, forecasts, and business scenarios to support high-impact strategic decisions.
• Identify and assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Combining strategic analysis, growth strategy, investment evaluation, and enterprise transformation, the role offers a breadth of exposure comparable to top-tier strategy consulting while enabling long-term ownership of outcomes.
• Partner with senior executives and contribute directly to the strategic decisions of the DHL Group Board.

Your profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy within a global organization.
• Strong digital and AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, strategic analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Strong expertise in strategy development, market analysis, corporate growth initiatives, and business case evaluation.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling, M&A, and investment assessments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation capabilities.
• Business fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
