I’m working with a global AdTech business hiring an Account Executive / Sales Manager to support its continued growth across Germany and DACH. The role will focus on building and growing relationships with leading agencies and brands, selling a data‑led advertising, audience and measurement proposition across TV, video and digital media. Responsibilities include: Prospecting, qualifying and closing new revenue opportunities across Germany / DACH Building senior relationships within agencies and selected brand advertisers Selling consultatively around data, audiences, activation, analytics and measurement Managing a defined territory and delivering against quarterly sales targets Working closely with account management, marketing and wider commercial teams Representing the business at meetings, events and industry conversations Experience required: 3+ years’ sales experience across AdTech, digital media, data, measurement or DaaS Proven track record of hitting or exceeding commercial targets Strong agency relationships in the German market Good understanding of programmatic, video, TV, data or measurement‑led advertising Ability to sell a consultative, strategic solution rather than a simple media campaign Strong communication, negotiation and client‑facing skills Hamburg‑based, or genuinely able to operate from Hamburg This would suit a mid‑level commercial seller who wants to step into a visible DACH growth role with a global platform and a more sophisticated proposition than standard media sales.
