Manage defined material categories (Category Management) with clear areas of responsibility and specialization, particularly for high-revenue product groups Build and continuously develop market and supplier expertise as well as lead international contract and price negotiations Develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and pricing structures Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Production Identify and implement sourcing synergies and optimize procurement strategies across regions and subsidiaries Conduct cost and price structure analyses, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments Coordinate procurement-related activities across our subsidiaries Contribute to ESG, sustainability and compliance initiatives Your skills:
Completed technical or commercial education with strong technical understanding Strong team player with excellent communication skills Good command of German and English (written and spoken) Strong negotiation skills Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement Solid knowledge of procurement and sourcing management We value your effort and offer you:
