As the Architecture Owner for Data Science , you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions across multiple domains. Working closely with a team of data scientists, ML Ops engineers, and AI architects, you will help design, prototype, and operationalise machine learning applications that enhance core banking functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Solution/AI Architect team and Data Science experts to design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Take ownership of the machine learning architecture, including infrastructure, applications, and data pipelines.
- Lead projects from inception through to implementation, working within a cross-functional team to create innovative technical solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, ensuring that AI & ML specifications are adhered to across the organisation.
- Promote best practices, encourage innovation, and share technical knowledge with colleagues.
Your Profile:
- A degree or relevant education in Computer Science or related fields, with further training in specialised areas.
- Several years of hands-on experience in machine learning and designing scalable, efficient solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow, dbt, and Spark (or similar technologies).
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, able to translate technical requirements to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in both German and English .
