About the Position

My client is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of a new simulation-based software product. This solution is designed to support technical R&D teams by providing data-driven insights and AI-powered simulation capabilities.

In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap, define technical requirements, and ensure market alignment across a wide range of use cases. You will collaborate closely with internal AI teams and external stakeholders to translate complex technical needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.

Market & Technical Insight

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with AI engineers and software developers to guide feature development.
• Act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the platform's capabilities.

Hands-on Involvement

• Support development planning and prioritisation.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Ensure timelines and delivery targets are met through structured workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, systems engineering, or data engineering.
• Prior involvement in simulation-based or technically complex software projects.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML techniques and their real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and related tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
