Overview
In this role you own and evolve the CAD/BIM ecosystem to deliver a connected design-to-production lifecycle across sites. You lead a CAD/BIM core team and coordinate with internal and external partners to drive digital, interoperable workflows. You set standards and templates for CAD/BIM across functions, and push automation and AI-enabled improvements in data and document workflows, CAD–ERP integration, and jobsite processes. You will influence efficiency, quality, and performance while shaping the digital future of design-to-production workflows.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop a CAD/BIM core team and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Own the multi-CAD landscape (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit, AutoCAD) and end-to-end design-to-production process
- Define and harmonize CAD/BIM standards, templates, and best practices
- Drive digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across the design-to-production ecosystem
- Improve efficiency, quality, and overall process performance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree or technical background in Engineering, CAD, Construction, or similar
- Several years of experience in CAD/BIM, engineering, or technical design environments
- Experience with multi-CAD systems (Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong understanding of design-to-production workflows and system integration
- Leadership experience or willingness to develop leadership skills
- Familiarity with jobsite and surveying technologies (advantage)
- Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions
