Job Description As a Supply Chain Process support process governance and best-practice alignment.
Support implementation, optimization and adoption of supply chain tools such as SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Power BI and related platforms.
Act as the link between business users and technical teams, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions.
Support testing, validation, issue resolution and continuous system enhancements.
Drive global and regional process/system rollouts, including training materials, workshops, user guidance and end-user support.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics; build reports and dashboards to highlight trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and operational feedback.
Qualifications Experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, Process Management or a related field.
Good understanding of supply chain processes, process design/documentation, improvement methods and change management.
Knowledge of supply chain systems - ideally SAP, Kinaxis Maestro and other planning/execution platforms.
Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, databases or reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action.
Experience with system implementations, rollouts, testing and user training.
Excellent communication with strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
Fluent English is required; German and other languages are an advantage.
Willingness and availability to travel as required.
