Bridge the gap between our technical platform and enterprise customers. You will demo the product, design solution architectures, and partner with Sales and Product to win and expand key accounts. Responsibilities
Run technical discovery and translate needs into solution designs Deliver product demos and proof-of-value sessions with prospects Partner with Product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback Support onboarding and expansion for strategic customers Create reusable enablement assets (demo scripts, technical FAQs) Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting Strong communication skills (able to explain complex concepts clearly) Comfort with APIs / data concepts (no need to be a full-time developer) Customer-first mindset and strong problem solving Nice to have
Experience with analytics, ML/AI products, or data platforms Prior work with enterprise customers Familiarity with security/compliance requirements
