Engineering Leader/Manager (m/f/i)

We are currently looking for an Engineering Leader/Manager (m/f/i). This position is a hybrid role at our location in Neu-Isenburg and may require some travel. Individual will effectively manage the day-to-day activities of team, supporting and guiding decisions on projects, project management and opportunities within a highly matrixed organization.

Assists Manager in defining goals and performance objectives and metrics to execute strategy, with a focus on financial goals and metrics (revenue, profit, enterprise value, etc.). The Engineering Manager/Lead drives a high performing team dedicated to serving UL’s European key customers.

This role is responsible for building relationships with UL’s European key customers and supporting the commercial and account management team by providing technical support needed to satisfy key customers and adhering to UL Mission.
