Your role with us:
You are the heart of the office and love when everything runs smoothly. You handle all practical, organizational, and administrative aspects and support the team with organizational and administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities:
In office management:
- You ensure the office is always well-organized and inviting.
- You manage office supplies and equipment so that the team can work at its best.
- You coordinate maintenance and repairs in collaboration with building management.
- You organize company events, team meetings, and external meetings.
- You assist with onboarding new employees and make sure all necessary resources are available.
- You handle general correspondence and manage office communication.
In finance:
- You reconcile expenses and ensure all receipts and invoices are properly documented.
- You work closely with the finance team and assist with basic reporting requirements.
- You keep precise records of office-related expenses.
- You support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
What you bring:
- Initial experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or office clerk, ideally with finance knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail – you make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, to support financial accounting and track expenses effectively.
- Strong communication skills in German and good English skills, both written and spoken – you know how to communicate clearly and courteously.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – you always stay organized and enjoy contributing ideas.
