A growing specialist contractor delivering lightning protection, earthing and surge protection systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery across Europe.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong construction or electrical background to take ownership of complex, high-value projects, managing client relationships, site teams and commercial performance.
The Role
You will manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery is safe, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple construction and electrical projects from planning through to completion
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resource plans
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones
- Drive Health & Safety compliance and maintain high standards across all sites
- Manage project costs, procurement, variations and commercial risks
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure works meet project requirements (BIM and AutoCad)
- Monitor progress and provide clear reporting on programme, financial performance and delivery risks
- Lead and support project teams, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
- Oversee project handover and close‑out documentation
Requirements
- Proven project management experience within construction or the electrical industry
- Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control and subcontractor management
- Confidence interpreting technical drawings, specifications and industry standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship skills
- Sound knowledge of construction and electrical Health & Safety requirements
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe
