Are you a talented and proactive recruiter with a passion for finding and onboarding exceptional talent? We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building our global workforce by identifying and attracting top talent across technical, sales, and go-to-market roles worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Recruiting: Proactively identify and engage candidates for technical roles in Israel and go-to-market roles in North America and Europe.
2. Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Onboarding: Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team.
4. Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments.
5. Global Coordination: Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
2. Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to attract talent across technical, sales, and leadership roles.
3. Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written).
4. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across global time zones.
5. Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
6. A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
