Programmer – CNC Lathe and Milling Setter (M/F) 100%
Your mission:
- Set up machines for small and large series. - Program, set up and start CNC lathes, notably Schaublin 302 and 102. - Program, set up and start CNC milling machines, notably Kern, Fehlmann and Haas types. - Program machines in various CNC programming languages. - During production launch, ensure validation of aesthetic and dimensional inspection of parts. - Guarantee quality, respect deadlines and optimise manufacturing processes. - Provide regular reporting to the team leader and propose continuous improvement solutions.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. - Excellent mastery of CNC programming and setting, working independently. - Experience preferably on Schaublin lathe (major asset), Kern, Fehlmann and Haas. - Ability to work independently, precisely and in a structured manner. - Stress resistance, analytical mind and sense of responsibility. - Availability: immediately or by agreement.
