Mission We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully installing, managing, and maintaining database systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our database infrastructure. Experience with Data Guard and RMAN is highly desirable, and familiarity with data lake implementation is a plus. Key Responsibilities Database Administration Install, configure, monitor, and maintain database systems, including Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Perform database troubleshooting, including performance tuning, technical issue resolution, and backup/restore operations. Manage and administer corporate data to ensure consistency, accessibility, and security. Define and implement technical database architectures, including clustering, replication, and high-availability solutions. Provide database support for development teams, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of applications. Contribute to the design and implementation of data lake solutions (preferred but not mandatory). Security
