pbMission /b /p pWe are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and bilingual Internal Communications Specialist to join the Group Communications team on a temporary 6-month assignment. The role is designed to provide hands‑on support to the Internal Communications Manager in the day‑to‑day delivery of internal communications activities, employee engagement initiatives and editorial content across the organisation. /p pThe ideal candidate is a proactive and organised communications professional with good writing skills in English and French, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast‑paced corporate environment. /p pbMain responsibilities /b /p ul liSupport the Internal Communications Manager in the development and execution of the internal communications plan and related initiatives. /li liDraft, edit, proofread and publish internal news, announcements, and campaigns in English and French. /li liPrepare, coordinate and send the daily internal newsletter, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely publication. /li liAct as a back‑up for the preparation and distribution of internal communications when required. /li liMaintain and update the intranet, including editorial content, employee resources, calendar of events and other relevant pages. /li liDraft internal surveys, support the analysis of results and help identify insights to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness. /li liContribute to the internal magazine, including content planning, article drafting, coordination with contributors and follow‑up with the graphic design team for visual content creation. /li liSupport the preparation of communication materials for internal events, townhalls, campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. /li liMonitor internal communication channels and help ensure messages are clear, consistent, timely and aligned with the organisation's tone of voice. /li /ul pbYour Profile /b /p ul liMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related communications role, ideally within the financial industry. /li liDegree in Communications, Business Communication, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is a plus. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to write clear, concise and compelling messages for different internal audiences. /li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines effectively. /li liProficiency in communication and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Outlook and Office applications, intranet/content management tools, survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, and project management tools such as Monday.com. /li liGood understanding of the financial industry and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. /li liAnalytical mindset, with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives. /li liProactive, collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation. /li /ul pbKey Competencies /b /p ul liExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skills both in French and English /li liEditorial judgement and attention to detail /li liPlanning, coordination and prioritisation /li liStakeholder management and collaboration /li liDiscretion, reliability and professionalismbr/ /li /ul pbCore Competencies : Adherence to the company's values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
