Mission Design, build, and operate secure-by-design controls and services that protect the Bank’s platforms, applications, and data. Implement and maintain security tools to prevent, detect, and respond to threats, ensuring resilience, reliability, and compliance with banking regulations. Main responsibilities Engineer, deploy, and maintain security platforms and controls (PAM, DAM, CSPM, DLP, Vulnerability Management). Review application designs and verify compliance with security requirements; provide actionable guidance, identify gaps, and track remediation through to closure. Implement security-by-design and security-by-default patterns across infrastructure, applications, and data services. Perform operational duties for ticketing: triage, prioritize, and resolve security tickets; escal... Define secure configuration baselines, and compliance checks. Support incident response lifecycle: containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident improvements; contribute to root cause analysis. Monitor cyber platform SLAs/KPIs (availability, performance, coverage, detection efficacy) and drive continuous improvement. Your Profile Hands-on security engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and reliability. Able to translate security requirements into practical, scalable engineering solutions aligned to a regulated financial environment. Comfortable with modern platform tooling. Education Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. ExperienceTechnical skills Mid to Senior: 3–7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Operations Engineering, or Secure Platform Engineering. Languages French: Fluent English: Strong advantage Personal skills Self-motivated with ownership mindset; able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate technical risk into business impact. Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
