Financial Controller - Transfer Pricing & Analytics

Mission Support the bank’s Management Control function by structuring and governing the profit-center hierarchy, driving transfer pricing (SLA) calculations and revenue allocations, and enhancing profitability analyses. Lead data quality and automation initiatives (primarily in Excel/VBA, with Business Objects/SQL/Power BI as assets) to deliver reliable monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in close collaboration with Accounting, IT, and Business teams. Main responsibilities Hierarchy and governance Manage and maintain the profit‑center hierarchy, including AuM and revenue splits by legal entities, business lines, and geographies. Validate reference data (cost/profit centers, P additional languages are an asset. Personal skills Rigorous, analytical, autonomous, and detail‑oriented, with strong critical thinking. Strong documentation mindset and attention to data quality and controls. Collaborative, able to coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Accounting, IT, Business).
