pSECURITIES TRANSFERS OFFICER - 4 MONTHS MISSION /p ul liMission: /li liEnsure the clients' assets delivery/receipt for all the activities associated with the transfer of securities to a different financial establishment or within the Bank. /li liThis includes all type of assets with expertise primarily required in alternative assets such as mutual funds, Private Equities and Hedge Funds /li lipEffective date: ASAP. /p /li liMain responsibilities: /li liCrossed analysis of the received information: custodian’s swifts, agent prospectus, contract notes and financial providers such as: Bloomberg, Telekurs. /li liPerform control of reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions management. /li liBe able to manage and control securities transfer instructions received from Wealth Management and external parties (transfer IN/OUT/Internal and funds registration process). /li liControl transmission of the deposits to our correspondents/Transfer Agents/Administrators and control of their safe delivery and acceptance. /li liFollow‑up of the topics and issues over the lifecycle of the securities transfer activities. /li liGood understanding of the risks inherent in the Corporate Actions environment related to ongoing securities transfers and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation. /li lipEnsure daily follow up in respect of pending issues and take appropriate measures for resolution. /p /li liYour Profile: /li liEducation : Master Degree /li lipLanguages : french and english /p /li liOthers /li liSwiss Residence /li /ul pbCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
