RFP Specialist (Temporary 12 months)

Mission Work with the UBP Asset Management division’s RFP Team (Request For Proposal) to fuel the global institutional business generation. Craft convincing tender documents and questionnaires from asset owners and allocators. Challenges Ramp fast on UBP’s strategies and the Team’s workflow to contribute from day one. Bring asset management background with genuine interest across asset classes (long-only and alternatives). Show a bias for action: learn quickly, dive in and deliver on time. Main responsibilities Complete institutional RFPs and questionnaires with clear, compliant, compelling responses. Maintain and optimise consultant databases to maximise discoverability and coverage. Keep flagship fund due diligence materials current and standardised. Orchestrate inputs across Investments, Compliance, Risk and Ops to deliver timely, complete proposals. Manage day-to-day tasks and keep internal worksheets organised. Your Profile Prior experience in similar role is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; additional language is a plus. Deliver consistently high-quality work with diligence, accuracy and on-time execution. Meticulous attention to detail, able to prioritise and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent requests. Highly motivated, productive and efficient. Proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of the Team. Communicate openly and transparently with stakeholders.
