We are looking for a full-time position in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as of now: Head of Change & Project Management (all genders) Your tasks: Foster collaboration by organizing onboarding, training and surveys, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to improve program efficiency and expand contributions Drive convergence by leading the Summit Business Analyst & Architect community and supporting transformation projects Facilitate alignment with business units, support migration plans, and track progress through documentation Prepare the organization by facilitating communication and collaboration to support the transition to the new platform and way of working Track progress through KPIs, manage project tools, and support budget definition and tracking Your profile: You hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline You bring extensive work experience with a strong track record of success in relevant fields With your strong communication skills, you can present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders You build strong interpersonal relationships across teams and functions Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or any other European languages is a plus What do we offer?
