\\nResponsibilities\\n

\\n
• Design secure solutions: Develop architectures, solutions, and services tailored for IT and IT/OT environments, ensuring the protection of both operational and information systems.

\\n

• Risk and threat analysis: Proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate security risks in industrial settings.

\\n

• Collaboration across teams: Work closely with IT and OT teams to seamlessly integrate requirements into operational systems, ensuring a consistent approach across both domains, and to provide guidance and support in architecture topics.

\\n

• Tool evaluation and integration: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that cater to the specific needs of IT/OT convergence.

\\n

• Evaluate business needs and align with IT strategy: Determine how IT can best support our business strategy, leveraging software, hardware and infrastructure.

\\n

• Regulatory and compliance adherence: Ensure that all solutions and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as NIS2, particularly in the energy and utilities sector.

\\n

\\nYour profile\\n

Required Qualifications:

\\n

\\n
• Several years of proven hands-on experience in IT solution architecture, infrastructure engineering, and implementation, with a strong focus on OT environments.

\\n

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles across both IT and OT domains.

\\n

• Strong expertise in network and security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VLAN and encryption.

\\n

• Experience with industrial control system protocols.

\\n

• A deep understanding of cloud architecture, specifically within the Azure ecosystem.

\\n

• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.

\\n

• Strong communications and relationship skills to effectively work across teams and the ability to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders.

\\n

• Written and verbal proficiency in German and English.

\\n

\\nPreferred Qualifications\\n

\\n
• Experience in energy or utilities infrastructure.

\\n

• Familiarity with the latest security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).

\\n

• Experience with application hosting and architecture in an Azure cloud environment, its services, and good awareness of IaC (e.g. Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

\\n
