Your responsibilities

• Represent Energy Assets as future operator across various project phases (Clean Dispatchable Power, Heat & Storage, batteries, solar and wind park projects)
• Actively manage stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant future operations
• Develop recommendations for optimal target operating models for new build assets within Uniper’s fleet
• Lead and coordinate owner’s specification requirements for new assets (excluding nuclear), in close cooperation with Growth Engines from early project stages
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in alignment meetings with technology suppliers/OEMs Uniper may cooperate with in the future

Your profile

• Academic degree in engineering or economics (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of site operational experience
• Relevant technical, commercial, and project management experience or ability to quickly develop advanced skills
• Solution-oriented, decisive, and able to simplify complex problems
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently (average 4–5 at a time)
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and business excellence
• Business fluency in English; other Uniper languages beneficial
• Willingness to undertake frequent national and international travel
• Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment with a “can-do” attitude
