Deine Aufgaben

• Lead a team of four specialists with diverse focus areas to support the effective operation of Energy Assets. Enable your team to deliver effectively in a flexible, multicultural environment across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement the People Strategy for Energy Assets, focusing on early careers development, talent development, and succession planning.
• Lead programmes supporting workplace culture, including safety, health, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives, working closely with enabling functions across Uniper.
• Manage the Energy Assets Communication and Engagement Plan to ensure alignment between employees\‘ work and company strategy, values, and culture.
• Oversee stakeholder management for the Energy Assets Leadership Team to facilitate cooperation across functions.
• Prioritize strategic projects and resources to deliver strategy and performance goals while safeguarding our people. Lead initiatives to simplify workflows, increase performance, and reduce workload.
• Handle strategic projects related to governance, people, resources, and skills.

Dein Profil

• Proven leadership skills through line management or complex project delivery.
• Minimum of ten years\‘ experience in energy or similar operational sectors.
• People-oriented with strong listening and empathy skills.
• Deep understanding of employee engagement and development.
• Experience with management systems in legal or commercial contexts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging from operational roles to board level.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency preferred; additional languages advantageous.
