Our Strategy & Transformation Team in Düsseldorf is looking for youYour responsibilitiesOversee all Operational Excellence (OE) and Process Analytics activities across Commercial Operations (CO)Supervise a virtual team of OE Navigators to maintain & further develop the level of OE Maturity across the functionResponsible for driving a culture of Continuous Improvement across CODevise and deliver the Process Analytics strategy for the CO Digital Transformation (e.g. coordination of Celonis Process Mining activities, delivery of Power BI monitoring activities)Deliver, maintain and improve the digital Closed-Loop Management System (CLMS) of COSupport the shaping of the Data Strategy for CCOIn charge of cross-CO improvement projects & digital use cases, as requiredYour profileRelevant education in Business, Economics, Engineering or other STEM fieldsExperience in the areas of Operational Excellence and Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt/ Black Belt) and Change Management / Transformation/ Agile Project ManagementBackground in Energy Trading and prior experience with Process Automation (e.g. RPA) and Process Mining (e.g.
