Your responsibilities

The Head of Transformation and Delivery Management in IT leads IT transformation initiatives, collaborating with various teams to implement the Uniper IT Strategy. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing IT transformation projects aligned with company goals
• Maintaining a roadmap for IT initiatives with clear timelines and targets
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and quality standards
• Providing leadership to foster innovation and collaboration
• Managing the Core IT portfolio and Cloud Platforms programs
• Engaging with senior leaders on cloud transformation vision
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audits
• Providing governance for platforms, including AI governance and migration guidelines
• Managing costs and optimizing cloud consumption to meet targets
