Experience:
4+ years of experience as a data scientist Hands‑on experience with LLMs:
including tool calling and low‑level experimentation beyond frameworks, as well as prompt engineering for customer use cases Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments;
hands‑on experience with AI Agents is a plus History of successfully delivering projects for clients:
translating customer requirements into tailored solutions Exceptional communication and documentation skills:
ability to work with technical and business stakeholders, and to communicate clearly when navigating ambiguity Industry expertise:
expertise in financial services environments (private banking, wealth/asset management, insurance) is a plus Languages:
English (French is a plus) Education:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will spend time on‑site with clients, enabling them to maximize the value of our platform while providing hands‑on support and expertise. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of Unique’s GenAI solutions while helping them build AI Agents using our SDK. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client‑specific requirements. Hybrid set up: Based in Geneva with flexibility for remote days. Security‑first culture: Develop systems trusted by leading financial institutions. You will join our internal AI Academy, where you’ll rapidly level up your skills in working with cutting‑edge LLM tooling. We are building state‑of‑the‑art agents and reliable AI‑driven workflows — and we’ll train you to do the same. By the end of the Academy, you’ll be fully equipped to design, build, and deploy robust AI solutions directly with clients.
