Mentoring and support for your development
- Planning the annual sales and gross profit of the brands in coordination with sales planning as well as planning and ensuring the necessary collection framework according to business aspects (target pricing incl. negotiations with manufacturers)
- Responsibility for the development of 2 collections per year and further development of the NOS segment in close coordination with manufacturers and license partners (market, competition and trend monitoring, design briefing, design sourcing)
- Operational responsibility for the product development process (collection framework planning, prototype development, production support and presentation to sales)
- Conception of promotional items, POS and packaging concepts in close coordination with marketing and sales
- Creation of meaningful sales and presentation documents
- Monthly analysis and reporting of relevant key figures
Your profile
- a degree in the textile/fashion sector or comparable training
- approx. 5 years of professional experience in product/category management or procurement, preferably in the legwear, lingerie or accessories sector
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Good feel for materials, colors and design
- Good analytical skills as well as an entrepreneurial, structured and conceptual way of thinking and working
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
