Application Engineer – Advanced Technical Support Workload: 100% Location: Losone Job type: Unlimited Your tasks Provide advanced application support for EDM technologies, including test cuts, customer support, technical training and demo applications. Analyze, reproduce and resolve complex application issues, defining effective action plans for technical interventions when required. Perform on-site customer support and field interventions worldwide, including international travel when needed. Support technical evaluations, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, demonstrations and benchmarking activities. Collaborate with Product Management, R German is a plus.
