Overview As a Graphic Design Consultant for UNEP, you will craft visual concepts and polished layouts for key reports and communications. You will translate complex chemistry and policy content into accessible infographics and presentation assets that support decision-makers and public awareness. Your work will shape the State of Science on EDCs, guidance materials, and branding updates across programmes like InTex. You will collaborate with editors and programme teams to deliver engaging, social media-ready outputs. Verantwortungsbereiche Create visual concepts and layout templates Complete final document layouts incorporating editor feedback Develop infographics and communication assets including presentations Deliverables in PDF and raw formats adaptable for social media Layout and design for State of Science report on EDCs and synthesis report Layout and graphic design for the Practical guide on mercury waste management Update communication and branding guidelines for relevant programmes (e.g. InTex) Provide additional support as requested by the Programme Management Officer Zentrale Anforderungen Advanced university degree in graphic design or equivalent At least 7 years of relevant professional experience Experience with UN agencies or Minamata Convention is advantageous Experience in chemicals and waste management topics is desirable Proficiency in professional graphic design/layout software graphic design/layout software visual storytelling infographics design
