Overview In this role, you will lead radio-based outreach for the EU/ACP-funded coffee program in Liberia, amplifying ITC’s initiatives and reforms. You will coordinate community sensitization, radio programming, and audience engagement to boost visibility among farmers, authorities, and stakeholders. You’ll craft and broadcast practical content on coffee production, trade, and market opportunities, driving informed participation. This position offers meaningful impact through mass media and cross-sector collaboration. Verantwortungsbereiche Sensitize coffee farmers in Lofa, Nimba, Bong, Montserrado and Bomi; organize at least five community events per county reaching 100 farmers per event Disseminate information via radio with at least eight sessions and ~1,500 listeners Collect and broadcast at least 15 stakeholder testimonials highlighting project impact Co-host a weekly radio programme on coffee cultivation, processing and trade; produce 24 episodes with expert contributions Collaborate with national and international trainers to deliver practical knowledge through radio segments Lead awareness campaigns on coffee consumption and trade, engaging diverse demographics (>=500 participants) Develop and disseminate at least 12 content pieces (articles, infographics, videos) across radio, social media, and events Develop and manage a monthly work plan; provide progress updates and required reports Zentrale Anforderungen Undergraduate degree in communication, social sciences, business administration, economics, or related fields At least five (2) years of relevant radio communication experience in agri-business projects Strong experience with EU-funded projects and working with international/donor organizations Knowledge of Liberia’s institutional context is advantageous Skills in media production, live broadcasting, content development, interviewing, and digital/multimedia Strong interpersonal skills Effective storytelling and editorial abilities Excellent interviewing and communication skills Media production and live broadcasting Content development and storytelling Video editing and social media management
