Overview
You support the development, implementation and monitoring of designated trade and investment policy projects. You work with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze issues, coordinate policy efforts and facilitate change through workshops and assessments. You contribute to written outputs and provide comprehensive support for meetings and field missions. This role offers a chance to influence policy in a global trade context within the ITC mission to transform trade and improve lives.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating policy-related programmes and projects for key clients; monitor progress and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support policy coordination and evaluation, including analysis of trends and participation in evaluations or research.
- Contribute to client-facing consulting efforts by planning workshops and helping design action plans for change management.
- Participate in survey design and regulatory reviews, analyze responses and draft preliminary conclusions.
- Prepare written outputs such as background papers, analytical notes and sections of reports.
- Provide administrative and substantive support for workshops, trainings and meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Support field missions with data collection and on-site assistance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s or equivalent advanced degree in business, management, economics, or related field; or first-level degree with additional relevant experience.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in project/programme management; four years with a first-level degree.
- Experience in trade and investment policy is desirable.
- Experience in implementing technical assistance projects on competition law/policy in regional contexts is desirable.
- Experience in proposal design and project development for trade-related technical assistance is desirable.
