Location and Company

This role can be based in either Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany. The company is on a mission to empower customers to solve data problems with its Data Intelligence Platform.

Overview

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you are a trusted technical advisor to key customers, translating data, analytics, and AI challenges into high-impact business value. You help design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions, focusing on architecture, operational excellence, and customer enablement. Internally, you collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth of the company Platform.

This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. Technically, you become the post‑sales technical lead and trusted advisor across all company products for customers’ priority use cases, engaging with technical leaders, conducting architecture reviews, optimizing performance and cost, demonstrating new capabilities, and removing blockers. Commercially, you drive growth by leading stakeholder relationships, orchestrating specialized teams, and creating onboarding plans.

While not a hands‑on‑keyboard role, you will use architectural skills in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Science.

You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organisation.

The Impact You Will Have

• 
  
• Act as the company Architect, guiding customer technical teams from development to go‑live.
  
• Lead post‑technical account strategy and execution for key use cases.
  
• Serve as the internal point of contact for production and go‑live status across multiple use cases.
  
• Leverage shared services, user education, onboarding/technical services, and support; escalates to expert‑level technical teams when needed.
  
• Develop and execute a point‑of‑view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
  
• Navigate product and engineering teams for new product innovations, previews, and upgrade needs.
  
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, customer health, risks, blockers, and adoption to Field Engineering leadership.
  

What We Look For

• 
  
• Programming experience in PySpark, SQL, or Scala.
  
• Hands‑on experience with distributed data and analytics systems.
  
• 5+ years accountable for delivery of projects in Data, Analytics, or AI.
  
• Customer‑facing pre‑sales, technical architecture, or consulting experience.
  
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
  
• Technical program coordination, including account and stakeholder management.
  
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer technical stakeholders.
  
• Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objectives.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  
• Can travel up to 30%.
