the company is seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Core Salesforce Technology portfolio.

This is a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success — responsible for shaping and executing a technology roadmap that directly enables the company's ambitious growth objectives.

This leader will own three interconnected pillars of Salesforce-based capabilities: the Salesforce Platform (foundational architecture and governance), the Lead to Opportunity value stream (driving sales pipeline and rep productivity), and the Adopt to Consume value stream (powering customer onboarding, success, and experience motions).

The role carries both managerial accountability for a lean team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, and deep functional responsibility for stakeholder alignment, backlog governance, and roadmap delivery in a scaled Agile (SAFe) operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Development & Execution
  • Define, maintain, and communicate a multi-quarter technology roadmap across all three pillars that is tightly aligned to the company's revenue growth targets, go-to-market strategy, and corporate goals.
  • Translate executive vision and business strategy into concrete, prioritized, and sequenced product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders — including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance — to surface and validate the highest-impact opportunities for Salesforce platform investment.
  • Conduct quarterly roadmap reviews with leadership, adjusting priorities based on business performance data, market dynamics, and evolving organizational needs.
  • Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability and architectural integrity.
  • SAFe Agile Product Leadership
  • Operate as the Product Management leader within a SAFe Agile framework, fulfilling the strategic Product Manager role across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring team-level objectives ladder up to portfolio-level epics and business outcomes.
  • Maintain and prioritize the Program Backlog, including definition and decomposition of Epics and Features into actionable stories in partnership with Solution Architects and Scrum Masters.
  • Author and validate Feature acceptance criteria, ensuring that delivery is aligned to business value hypotheses and measurable KPIs.
  • Lead pre-PI and post-PI ceremonies, including System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and stakeholder readouts.
  • Apply Lean-Agile principles, including WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) for continuous prioritization and flow-based delivery metrics to optimize throughput.
  • Champion the ART's Definition of Done and ensure quality gates are embedded into delivery processes.
  • Pillar-Specific Accountabilities
  • Salesforce Platform
  • Own the platform product roadmap encompassing org configuration, data model governance, integration architecture, security and compliance controls, release management, and scalability planning.
  • Govern platform standards across declarative and programmatic development (Flows, Apex, LWC), ensuring consistency, maintainability, and performance at scale.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce capabilities, App Exchange solutions, and platform investments in coordination with Enterprise Architecture and IT.
  • Lead capacity and dependency management across platform teams to reduce delivery risk and enable downstream value stream teams.
  • Lead to Opportunity Value Stream
  • Drive product discovery and delivery for the full sales funnel in

Salesforce: lead capture, routing and assignment, lead-to-contact conversion, account matching, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and forecasting.

  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations to identify friction points in seller workflows and translate them into high-impact product capabilities.
  • Own integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and complementary GTM tools (e. g., Outreach, the company's own platform. etc.) to create a seamless seller experience.
  • Define and track metrics such as lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy as leading indicators of business value.
  • Adopt to Consume Value Stream
  • Own the Salesforce product roadmap supporting Customer Success and Customer Experience motions: onboarding automation, customer health scoring, escalation management, renewal and expansion triggers, and CS team productivity tooling.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to define what a world-class post-sale digital experience looks like for the company customers, and map it to platform capabilities.
  • Drive integrations between Salesforce Service/Experience Cloud and customer data platforms, support systems, and product usage telemetry to enable proactive, data-driven CS workflows.
  • Establish and monitor outcome metrics, including time-to-value, customer health score trends, churn risk reduction, NPS correlation, and renewal rates.
  • People Management & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts embedded across the three pillar areas.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned to SAFe roles; provide regular coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Recruit and build out team capacity in alignment with portfolio scope growth.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture grounded in continuous learning, Agile mindset, and customer-centricity.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across pillar teams to reduce silos and amplify delivery capability.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Serve as the primary product leadership interface for a broad and senior stakeholder ecosystem including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, IT, and the C-suite.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans; proactively manage expectations around delivery timelines, tradeoffs, and prioritization decisions.
  • Design and facilitate structured intake and prioritization processes to translate stakeholder demand into a governed and transparent backlog.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, delivery risks, and business impact in compelling, audience-appropriate formats — from executive briefings to ART-level readouts.
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, business requirement workshops, and solution design reviews that drive alignment and accelerate decision-making.
  • Represent the Salesforce Technology roadmap in the company's portfolio planning and investment governance processes.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Excellence
  • Partner with Business Analysts to ensure rigorous discovery, documentation, and validation of business requirements before solutions are designed.
  • Establish standards for user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and process mapping across the team.
  • Oversee current-state and future-state process analysis to ensure technology solutions address root-cause inefficiencies, not just symptoms.
  • Champion data integrity, reporting, and analytics as core requirements embedded in every feature delivered.

Qualifications

  • Required
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B Saa S or revenue technology environment.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading product and/or business analysis teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce — including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud — as a product owner or product manager; Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience working within a SAFe Agile framework at the program or portfolio level; SAFe certifications (SAFe PM/PO, POPM, or RTE) are a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building and executing multi-year product roadmaps for enterprise platforms that delivered measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Strong command of go‑to‑market operations concepts including lead management, pipeline development, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex technical and business topics for diverse audiences.
  • Preferred
  • Experience at a high‑growth B2B technology company, ideally in data intelligence, martech, or sales technology.
  • Familiarity with the company's product suite and its integration patterns with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of adjacent GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, Marketo, Gainsight, or Clari.
  • Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops) and roadmapping platforms (Productboard, Aha!, or equivalent).
  • Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Customer Success strategy as a practitioner or close partner.
