About the Role
The Solution Architect is a leader who brings deep subject‑matter expertise in complex technical supply‑chain management products. The architect works closely with product management, deployment teams and clients to refine solutions, ensure they are deployable before market launch, and support the integration of the product into client operations. Deliverables support the Professional Services team, the largest consumer of solutions.

What you will do
- Support industry templates from strategic planning to development/execution across all stages of deployment from early adoption through to growth.
- Engage with customers, capture feedback on the product and communicate it to product management and engineering.
- Own solution design, refining process flows, creating user stories, test scripts, and defining overall data flow for the program.
- Lead the consulting team to ensure the product meets business needs of the customer.
- Engage stakeholders to prepare PS and partners for deployment, and provide input to Sales and Deployment enablement.
- Own outcomes and customer expectations for industry solutions.
- Find opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through AI or other tooling while maintaining architecture consistency, secure design and code‑quality standards.
- Review AI‑generated code for correctness, architectural fit, integration risk and edge‑case support with a growth mindset and bias for experimentation.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7‑10 years of experience in supply‑chain management software.
- Strong influence skills without direct authority.
- Expertise in supply‑chain concepts and best practices, including tools such as RapidResponse, Oracle or Blue Yonder.
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects.
- Technical leadership in data integration, data management, system configuration and deployment for supply‑chain software implementations.
- Experience building collaborative relationships and credibility within the organization, industry and external networks.
- Articulate communicator who can facilitate and present to diverse audiences in an inspiring manner.
- Skilled in building new products and solutions.
- Experience supporting rapid innovation during new product delivery to early adopters.
- Drive proof‑of‑value deliveries through growth phase.
- Deliver explainable, supportable and scalable product capabilities.
Role Specific Skills and Qualifications
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise in aligning KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, reporting software, information systems and supply‑chain software.
- Adherence to company standards, security and confidentiality; ability to manage multiple project demands, work non‑routine hours, maintain high quality output, and travel up to 20% of the time.
- Proactive initiative to keep knowledge and skills current in the industry.
