Every gesture, every interaction, every detail is tailored to the individual rather than the catalogue. /p pAs a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to bringing the Maison to life across markets and retail environments, ensuring that trade marketing activities, materials, and activations are coordinated with care and delivered to the highest standards. /p h3Your craft /h3 ul liYou will be strongly dedicated to Administrative and Logistic Support: you will challenge and improve the process of creating, stocking, and distributing marketing materials such as decorations, equipment/gifts, and visual merchandising displays /li liYou will oversee Inventory Management by maintaining accurate records of all marketing materials, ensuring everything is accounted for and ready for timely distribution /li liYou will be responsible for SAP Order Processing and Export Support (orders for global markets and internal departments) and you will assist the Export team with export/import documents and certificates /li liYou will ensure all orders are accurate, delivered on time, and manage intercompany orders, re-invoicing, and direct shipment allocations from suppliers to global markets /li liYou will be involved in supplier accounts management by setting up new supplier accounts and monitoring purchase order numbers, all that to ensure timely invoice management and payments /li liYou will create new article numbers with detailed information and maintain an updated database of all existing items /li liYou will handle administrative requests from markets and provide customer service regarding orders and shipments to global markets /li liYou will be responsible for weekly backorder reports preparation, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and organize necessary documents like invoices and packing lists /li /ul h3What will make you successful /h3 ul liYou have minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role /li liYou hold a Bachelor’s degree or other diploma (higher education) showcasing your academic achievement /li liYou are proficient in SAP and strategic methodologies, reflecting your familiarity with these integral components /li liYou can put forward your strong organizational acumen coupled with a genuine interest in aesthetics, design, and the realm of fashion /li liYou have robust analytical capabilities and effective communication skills, underlining your aptitude in these key areas /li liYou are bfluent in English and French /b.
