Responsibilities Project lead for transactions in Alternative Investments Coordination of due diligence and transaction activities across all involved internal departments and external parties Coordinating projects with multiple transfers, restructurings and contributions-in-kind or distributions-in-kind Managing of the transaction tools (SharePoint System), including configuration, documentation upload, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness Proactively identify control gaps and efficiency opportunities; design and implement cross-functional process improvements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and policies describing the transaction process within the scope of the transaction team Qualifications At least two years’ professional experience in the Alternative Investments and / or funds institution Successfully completed degree (1st and 2nd state examinations bachelors’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject) Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation
