What is my function?
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering timely and high-quality insights to management and stakeholders
- Serving as Tagetik administrator, managing system configurations, implementing enhancements, and providing training to finance teams to maximize system efficiency
- Leading initiatives to remodel and optimize the Tagetik consolidation engine, aligning it with evolving business requirements
- Assisting in external audits by providing comprehensive documentation and maintaining data integrity across Tagetik and other reporting systems
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automate workflows within Tagetik and other financial tools
- Collaborating with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and drive continuous process improvements across the organization
What do I need to be successful?
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis
- Strong proficiency in Tagetik for financial consolidation and reporting processes (highly desirable)
- Hands-on experience with Tagetik administration, including system maintenance and process optimization (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
- Previous experience in a Big4 or comparable professional services environment is considered a plus
