Overview In this role you apply behavioural science and rigorous evaluation to design and pilot anti-corruption interventions. You will lead impact evaluations, including randomized trials, and analyse data to build robust evidence of what works. You collaborate with an international, interdisciplinary team and travel for field work. Leistungen / Benefits competitive salary international team opportunity for publication dynamic and international work environment Verantwortungsbereiche Collaborate on design of behavioural experiments and field/lab anti-corruption interventions Lead rigorous impact evaluation design (randomized trials and quasi-experiments) and statistical analysis Design and implement surveys and experiments with instrument development, sampling, and power calculations Manage databases, data infrastructure, GDPR compliance, data security and risk management Develop experiment protocols, support ethics processes, and maintain technical infrastructure (oTree, z-Tree, Qualtrics) Contribute to writing and publishing research outputs (peer-reviewed articles, working papers, policy briefs) Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Engage with stakeholders, partners, and team throughout the research cycle Support PRI team activities in research, acquisition, and project design/implementation Zentrale Anforderungen Graduate degree in behavioural science, experimental or behavioural economics, psychology, political science, statistics or a related quantitative discipline; PhD or equivalent experience advantageous Expertise in design and implementation of experimental impact evaluations Strong statistical/econometric skills with causal inference; proficiency in R or Stata Experience with behavioural experiments and surveys; familiarity with experimental games and measures Strong data management skills, GDPR knowledge, data risk management Experience programming experiments in oTree, z-Tree, and/or Qualtrics Excellent written and spoken English; track record or potential for peer-reviewed publications Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to work across new research areas Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including to challenging environments strong communication curiosity team collaboration experimental design causal inference econometrics
