Your tasks You manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and other online platforms You leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, targeting, automation and overall marketing performance at the Open Programmes You drive qualified traffic through a mix of paid acquisition, AI/LLM visibility, and high-impact content strategies (beyond traditional SEO) You create and execute a strong LinkedIn strategy in cooperation with the programme directors and central marketing of the Executive School You align marketing initiatives and market research with programme-specific sales targets to generate qualified leads You analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data-driven insights You manage and execute content strategies across social media platforms You represent the programmes at selected marketing, corporate and partner events You advise programme directors and managers on market positioning and growth opportunities You develop and execute, together with the Head of Marketing
