PhD Position (Translational Tumor Immunology) Das können Sie bewegen Investigate endogenous anti-tumor T cell responses and epitope spreading following targeted cancer therapies Identify and experimentally validate patient-specific tumor antigens and T cell epitopes using genomic, computational and functional approaches Characterize tumor-reactive T cells longitudinally using functional assays, peptide–MHC tetramers, high-parameter flow cytometry and single-cell RNA/TCR sequencing Integrate immunological, molecular and clinical data to understand determinants of durable tumor control Take an active role in shaping the project, analyzing and presenting your data, and communicating the results through conferences and scientific publications Das bringen Sie mit Master's degree in biological sciences, immunology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, medicine or a related field Hands-on experience in experimental laboratory research and a strong interest in T cell immunology, cancer immunotherapy and translational human research Interest in quantitative biology and willingness to work with complex genomic, single-cell and immunological datasets Scientific curiosity, initiative and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an interdisciplinary team Excellent English communication and writing skills; experience with primary human samples, flow cytometry, T cell assays, molecular biology, sequencing, bioinformatics, R or is an advantage Benefits dieser Stelle Access to state-of-the-art infrastructure for flow cytometry, DNA and RNA sequencing, cell culture and high-dimensional data analysis Direct access to longitudinal clinical samples from patients undergoing advanced cancer therapies A highly interdisciplinary environment connecting experimental immunology, translational oncology and clinical research Close collaboration with basic and clinical research groups at the Department of Biomedicine, University Hospital Basel and external partner institutions Cross-disciplinary training opportunities in human immunology, cancer biology, genomics and computational data analysis The opportunity to contribute to a broader research program investigating endogenous anti-tumor immunity across cancer types and therapeutic modalities Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung HR Berater/in jid9fdc6c2tt jit1042tt jiy26tt
