or to be agreed Contract duration: Permanent contract Work rate: 60% Workplace: UNIL-Mouline - Géopolis Building - Lausanne Your Activitiesbr/br/Under the responsibility of the Deputy for Student Affairs, you provide advice to political science students throughout their course, ensure regulatory compliance and pedagogical coherence of study plans, and represent student affairs of your field in teaching committees.

Additionally, you manage the coordination of outgoing mobility (OUT) on behalf of the SSP Faculty and hold faculty responsibility for managing and controlling reimbursement requests related to the Triangle Azur network.

  • Respond to questions about studies (bachelor and master) and mobility; direct to the appropriate services; organise information sessions; update the Faculty website; present political science studies at external events and maintain privileged relations with student and professional associations.
  • Ensure deadlines are met; verify the conformity of chosen courses; prepare Dean's Office decisions (admissions, exemptions, equivalences) and follow up on mobility candidates.
  • Actively participate in the Faculty's Teaching Commission (CE); serve as a permanent member of the CE bureau for the study programme; update study plans and prepare administrative files.
  • Represent the Faculty during selections for mobility under general agreements; pre-select and prepare student files; manage information sessions and update the website.
  • Verify and validate student travel expense reimbursement requests.

Your Profilebr/br/To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Holder of a university degree (Master level or equivalent), preferably in political science, or in psychology, social sciences, or sports sciences.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in advisory roles.
  • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English and German required.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisation, strong writing skills, and natural interpersonal ease.

Fully proficient with common office tools and ideally possesses basic legal knowledge (desired asset).

  • Flexibility required to attend administrative meetings (Tuesday mornings) and Commissions (Thursday afternoons), as well as to occasionally represent the Faculty at events outside usual working hours.

Obligation to take at least two weeks’ holiday between the summer and autumn exam sessions and the Christmas to New Year period.
