After 4 years, a procedure for promotion to the rank of associate professor is initiated (Directorate Directive on the conditional tenure track)Activity rate: 100%The Institute of Sport Sciences (ISSUL) is the main UNIL center for teaching and research in the field of sport sciences. It brings together experts in human and social sciences (history, psychology, management, sociology) and life sciences (physiology, biomechanics, medicine, molecular biology) within the Olympic capital.Main missions:Teaching (45%)It will involve providing 6 hours of teaching per week per year in French:- A teaching reduction of 2 hours per week/year is granted during the tenure track period in case of appointment at the assistant professor level.- The incumbent will ensure the supervision of Master's theses and doctoral theses.Research (45%)The incumbent will develop their own research work in the field of sport, disciplinary field: social sciences. Given the needs of the institute, profiles in psychology are not considered.The research of the incumbent will give rise to high-level publications.It is expected that the person will be affiliated with one of the research centers of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and will integrate into the Institute of Sport Sciences (ISSUL).The incumbent will proceed to seek external funding, particularly from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).Responsibilities (10%)In accordance with the Directorate's directive, members of the teaching staff are called upon to assume tasks within their unit, their faculty, and the university.
