Responsibilities
- Ensure the best possible pre‑ and postoperative care for patients in accordance with nursing standards.
- Work cooperatively and supportively within the therapeutic team.
- Use the electronic patient record for performance tracking and documentation, actively supporting the development of quality care.
- Actively participate in the practical training of various healthcare professions and impart knowledge and skills.
- Assess individual care needs and design the care process accordingly, focusing on the resources of patients.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed training as a health and nursing care professional (m/f/d).
- Personal, social, and professional competence with a sense of responsibility and willingness to cooperate with other professional groups.
- Flexibility, commitment and interest in regular, job‑specific training.
- Innovative thinking and action, as well as a reflective professional self‑image.
Additional Advantages
