The Department of Astronomy at the University of Geneva invites applications for a postdoctoral position in observational extragalactic astronomy in the group of Prof. Pascal Oesch, funded by the SNSF project on the First Galaxies at z>10.
The successful candidate will work on identifying distant galaxies with imaging, characterizing them with JWST/NIRSpec, and studying their connection to halos through clustering, with opportunities to supervise PhD and Master’s students.
